Manager Dileep is too rude to handle. I haven't seen such a disrespectful person in hospitality industry. No wonder the resort is in bad condition and not maintained at all. When you have such a manager, what else you can expect? Saw cockroaches in the room. If you are looking for a cheap resort, go for it. Not at all recommended for family.

Our visit of my family and friend was amazing park. But water activities is bed and water are not pure and staffare not comfortable . Food are bed this staf was not good .water activity are not good .the should learn how to behavior with guest..

Our visit of friends was amazing but one thing I noticed that the water of the swimming pool was not cleaned properly and was giving a bad smell and the staff of that place was not behaving nicely . My suggestion is that , they should do training first and should know how to treat guests.

The water in the swimming pool is bad. The staff does not support the guests. The behavior of the staff is not good. Management is not right. The locker is not clean. It is not right to go with the family. There is a long line for food and there is no manager.

The activity was not good, the slide was also broken and the water in the park was very dirty which smelled bad. The food was also not good and their staff was also not good. They didn't even guide you for activity.This was the worst experience of my life. It's not worth for money
